NTT and MediaMarkt sign agreement to create the metaverse of MediaMarkt: MetaMarkt
MediaMarkt, a top company in consumer electronics in Spain and Europe, and our parent company NTT have signed a collaboration agreement to create the virtual world of MediaMarkt, the “MetaMarkt”. The action is part of a long-term strategy and it will be comprised of different spaces and virtual experiences developed by Growthland, and targeted at youngsters through their main reference channels.
With the support of NTT as a global leader in technology and innovation, this new action aligns with MediaMarkt’s customer-centric strategy, as well as with its shift towards a more experiential model. A bet for a differential value proposition to fulfil the new customer demands, and to generate new opportunities for its clients, brands and technological partners, through the combination of their physical stores and virtual channels.
